For 2023, Duesenberg has welcomed Dave Baksh from the legandary Canadian pop punk formation Sum 41. Toghether, a new Alliance model has been created. The Dave Baksh is in essence a modified Paloma with some really cool features that will speak to many players without necessarily having to be a die-hard Sum 41 fan.
The main mod for this signature model would be the fixed stoptail bridge. Never before has the Paloma been available without the Duesenberg trem. Instead, this Alliance model is fitted with a Duesenberg Wrapper Tune-o-Matic style stoptail bridge. Also unique to this model, is the Duesenberg Little Toaster mini humbucker and the additional kill-switch.
Duesenberg sparkle finishes are just absolutely killer and this new White Sparkle is just off the hook. Combined with several really cool, yet subtle signature markings (12th position inlay, Sum 41 logo's on the control knobs) and obviously, the racing stripes on the pickguard, makes this one very attractive guitar.
Just like the regular Paloma, this Dave Baksh features a solid alder body, maple neck and rosewood fingerboard with 12" radius, 25.5" scale and 4-way wiring (neck, neck + bridge, middle + bridge, bridge).
And like always; included is a sturdy original Duesenberg hardcase. Comes with certificate and case candy.
