The Furman CN-3600SE is a power sequencer, protector and filter unit for A/V installations and sound studios. The CN3600SE combines control capabilities via SmartSequencing™ technology with advanced AC protection and AC noise filtration. This is the European version with IEC outputs (suitable for 240V).
Use this CN-3600SE to sequentially turn on your equipment, for example, so that you don't draw too much power at once (and your circuit breakers turn off). With one push on the button you can turn on all your studio equipment. There are 3 delay outputs (zones) on this unit, so you can power three separate power supplies in succession (or unpower them, when turning off the equipment). In total you have a current capacity of up to 16A.
The advantage of the CN3600 is that you also have instant voltage protection of your equipment with respect to over- or undervoltage. Also, your power is fully filtered by the known Furman technologies (a.o..also noise filtering).
Large and complex A/V systems can be safely turned on and off with a simple push of a button or turn of a key, even by non-technical personnel. SmartSequencing's bidirectional communication between installed units allows a primary unit to control and sequence multiple secondary units, enabling multi-zone electronic systems to be safely and reliably turned on and off from a single point of control throughout an entire installation.
The CN-3600 SE offers robust control options, equipped with RS-232 ports and command sets for integration with a variety of operating systems. An optional RS-232 to Ethernet adapter (sold separately) adds full IP addressing capabilities to the unit, allowing it to be controlled, programmed and monitored from a smartphone, tablet, PC or any other Internet-enabled device via Telnet, a direct HTTP connection or the Panamax/Furman hosted BlueBOLT® remote energy management and power platform.
