Suppose I am not satisfied, can I return my purchase?

Yes you can. For every product you order from Klundert Music, a trial period of 14 days applies. This period starts on the day after receipt. After the expiration of 14 days, the purchase agreement is factual. We expect you to handle the product and packaging carefully during these 14 days. Unpack the product carefully and/or use the product as little as necessary to check if you want to keep it.

Return conditions


We recommend that you - when possible - use sturdy packaging that wraps around the original packaging of the product. For example the original box in which the product was delivered. We also advise you not to put any stickers on the original packaging and/or write on the original packaging.

Condition of the product

When you return the product because it is not the right product, the product must be in pristine condition. Dirt, scratches or other traces of use can lead to depreciation; we deduct this from the amount to be repaid. You always receive a message if this is the case. (Protective film does not have to be removed to evaluate the product.) We also recommend that you handle the packaging with care, so that you can use it for returning a product if needed. Do not destroy the polystyrene foam, boxes and protective foil.

The send costs can only be reimbursed when the return is due to our (technical) error. If it concerns a 'usual' return, within the return period, the costs of the return are yours. Was the product damaged during transport and do you see this when the carrier hands over the product? Then first, report it to the carrier and do not accept the product. And secondly, contact us as soon as possible.

Add a message

We request that you enclose a message with the return shipment stating the reason for your return, your name and address details if necessary. Products that have not been received cannot be credited.

Refund of purchase amount

All credits that arise with a return shipment will be refunded within 5 working days after the day that the return shipment was processed. So after a maximum of 15 working days from the date of sending/offering, you will have your money back in your account.

Excluded from return

A number of products are excluded from return. For example, products that have been created by Klundert Music in accordance with specific, special specifications of you as a customer. Also, used items that cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons. (Think of earplugs, headsets and headphones or a tested Talkbox.) We also do not take back cables that are made or cut to size for you. This also applies to software that has been unsealed.

Your package does not match what was ordered

If the delivery does not match what you ordered, you can return these products. We will reimburse the return costs. After receiving your track and trace number, we will send the correct product as soon as possible! Please contact our Sales department via +31 (0) 13-5288660.
