When will my order be delivered?
Normally products ordered on working days before 3 pm will be delivered the next day! We will deliver your product as soon as possible! Of course you can also pick up the order yourself, provided we have the product in stock of course. For international shipments (including Belgium, you should also take one or two extra working days into account.)

Quick delivery
We also try to order items that are ordered before 3 p.m. but are not in stock from our supplier. You can assume that, but don't pin us down. We depend on our suppliers.

Unknown delivery time
We understand that you are looking forward to the newest products. Often these products are already in our webshop before they can be delivered. Then at least you already know that it is coming. You can, however, place a pre-order for the set price. If you read "unknown delivery time", this product is temporarily unavailable. As soon as it is available again and in stock, we will adjust the message.

Do you want to pick up a product in the store? Give us a call, we will hold your order or product for you.

Who delivers my order?
We work with a number of carriers including DPD, PostNL and UPS. We use DHL for packages heavier than 32 kilos and packages needing pallets. We also use our own couriers. You can also pick up your order by yourself in our store. All orders are provided with a track and trace code anyway. You can find this code online with your order information.

Delivery on Saturday
Our carriers do not deliver on Saturdays. If you would prefer this, please call our customer service on +31 (0) 13-5288660.

Not at home?
Shipments will be offered one extra time when you are not at home. You can then pick up the package at a collection point in the area. Our carrier will inform you about this.

Delay
In exceptional cases, our carriers take a little longer to process an order. Instead of 24 hours, this can take a day or a few days longer. Our aim is always to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you still have not received your order after three working days, please contact us on +31 (0) 13-5288660.

Can I cancel my order?
You can always cancel your order online, unless the products have already been shipped. In that case, the return procedure will commence. In any case, please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of the cancellation! If we are closed, send an email to webshop@klundertmusic.nl with the subject "cancel order". Do not forget to mention your full name and the order number. If the package has already been sent, you can always return it. We will then ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account as soon as possible (do not forget to provide your IBAN).

What is the warranty period?

What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands and Belgium we do not charge shipping costs for online orders over € 50.
If your order is less than € 50, the shipping costs will be indicated during the ordering process.

For delivery abroad, we charge different transport costs for online orders, depending on the country we need to send to. We indicate this during the ordering process.

Of course it is also possible to pick up your order in our store. You can find our opening hours here.

Complaints and suggestions
Your satisfaction is very important to us. In the unlikely event of a bad experience in our store, with an employee or in our webshop, please send a message about this to our Customer Service department. Are you not satisfied with our solution? Send an email to info@klundertmusic.nl. We will respond substantively to your complaint within seven days.

At Klundert Music we are always open to new ideas and suggestions. For example for new products and / or brands. Do you have your own ideas about that? Let us know by e-mail (info@klundertmusic.nl) or via our contact form.

Why do I receive the order in a used carton?
Our suppliers deliver pallets with goods to us every day. This often includes excellent packaging materials and boxes that are almost always reusable. That is why we send our packages with reused boxes as much as possible! That way we save costs (and you too) and this way we help the environment as well.

How about the prices?
All prices used in our store and on our webshop are always inclusive of (Dutch) VAT and disposal fee. The prices may be higher if you place an order under € 50 (the shipping costs will then be charged extra).
If your order is higher than € 50, we will ship your order for free (Netherlands only). We charge higher transport costs for deliveries abroad.

For customers from within the EU, who submit a valid VAT number + company registration, we can provide products against a 0% VAT scheme. Please inquire about the possibilities. If you use this option, we are obliged to send the products or give them to a legal person in our store. If you want the products to be shipped, this can only be done to the address where your VAT number is registered. If you want to pick up the products, this is only possible if you show a valid ID and sign the transport statement.

If you order outside of The Netherlands but from a EU country? Than we will charge the local VAT which is valid in the country where you order from (based on shipping address). We adjust the VAT in check-out procedure, so the prices can vary, depending on the country you order from.

Lowest Price Guarantee: Klundert Music guarantees all customers the lowest price. Have you seen the same product from the same brand cheaper elsewhere? Let us know. We will offer you the same product - if possible - at the same price.
