This is the privacy statement of Klundert Muziek B.V., located at 5061 JX, Oisterwijk at Bedrijfsweg 13 (hereinafter: Klundert Music), www.klundertmusic.nl.

Applicability

This privacy statement applies to all privacy sensitive information or personal data that you provide to us, for example through a registration form, contact form or orders that you place. We attach great importance to the privacy of our customers and therefore take the greatest possible care in handling and protecting personal data. We process data in accordance with the conditions set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). Klundert Music is the responsible party within the meaning of the AVG with respect to the processing of your personal data. This means that only we determine which personal data are processed, for what purpose and in what manner. We are responsible for ensuring that your personal data are processed in a proper and careful manner in accordance with the AVG. In this privacy statement, we explain which data we process and for what purposes they are used.

Purpose and grounds for processing personal data

By agreeing to this privacy statement, you give your explicit consent within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of the AVG to the processing of your personal data for the purposes listed below. You may withdraw this consent at any time. However, if you do not provide us with certain data or do not allow us to process it, we may not be able to serve you properly.

If you have not given us explicit consent to process your personal data or if you have withdrawn such consent, the processing of your personal data may be subject to the bases of Articles 6(1)(b), (c) and/or (f) of the AVG. Processing of your personal data may in that case take place without your consent, provided that this is necessary for the performance of an agreement to which you are or become a party, or necessary for the representation of the legitimate interests of Klundert Music. In addition, we may be under a legal obligation to process your personal data.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

Reviews - WebwinkelKeur

We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur you are required to provide your name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In case we invite you to leave a review we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They use this information for the sole purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. WebwinkelKeur reserves the right to use third parties for the provision of services, for this we have given permission to WebwinkelKeur. All of the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of the service for which WebwinkelKeur engages third parties.

Inspection, correction or removal

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to data portability ("data portability") if we have digital personal data that we either process with your consent or process to carry out an agreement we have with you.

This means that you can submit a request to us to send the digital personal data that we hold about you in a readable computer file to you or another organization named by you.

You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request to withdraw your permission or objection to the processing of your personal data to webshop@klundertmusic.nl

To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

We would also like to point out that you have the possibility to file a complaint with the national regulator, the Authority for Personal Data.
