We want you to be happy with your experience. If you’ve had an unfortunate experience with our store, one of our staff members, or our webshop, please contact our Customer Service department. Not satisfied with our proposed solution? Then send an email to support@klundertmusic.nl. We will respond with a detailed answer within seven days.

If this does not lead to a resolution, you can submit your dispute for mediation, for example via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. Since 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints through the ODR platform of the European Commission. If your complaint has not yet been handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it via the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
