Yes, you can. For every product you order from Klundert Music, there is a 14-day trial period. This period commences on the day after receipt. After the 14 days have passed, the purchase agreement is a fact. During these 14 days we expect you to handle the product and packaging as carefully as possible. Carefully unpack and/or use the product to the extent necessary to make sure you want to keep it.
Once you have registered your return, you have another 14 days to ensure that the return reaches us.

We recommend - if possible - to use sturdy packaging that was around the original packaging of the product. For example, the original box in which the product was delivered. We also advise you not to put stickers on the original packaging and/or write on the original packaging.
The condition of the product
When you return the product, it must be in perfect condition. Dirt, scratches or other traces of use can lead to depreciation; we will deduct this from the refundable amount. You will always receive a message about this. (Protective film does not need to be removed to evaluate the product) Furthermore, we advise you to handle the packaging carefully so that you can use it for the return. So do not break the Styrofoam, boxes and protective film.
We will only refund the shipping costs for the return if the return of a product is due to our (technical) error. If there is an "ordinary" return within the revocation period, the costs for the return are yours. Is the product damaged in transit and you discover this when the carrier hands over the product? Report it to the carrier and do not accept the product. Then contact us as soon as possible.
Refund of purchase amount
All credits arising from a return will be refunded within 5 business days from the day the return was processed. After a maximum of 15 working days from the date of shipping/offering you will have the money back into your account.
Excluded from return
A number of products are excluded from returns:
- Products created by Klundert Music in accordance with specific, special specifications from you as a customer;
- Cables that have been custom made or cut for you;
- Software of which the seal is broken;
- Items that cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons and whose seal has been broken such as earplugs, in-ear (earphones), headsets and headphones or e.g. a tested Talkbox.
Your order does not match what was ordered
If the delivery does not match what you ordered, you can return these products. Of course we will reimburse the return costs. After receiving your track and trace number, we will send you the correct product as soon as possible. Please contact our sales department at +31 (0)13-5288660.
