Returns
Yes, you can. For every product you order from Klundert Music, a 14-day reflection period applies. This period starts on the day after delivery. After this 14-day period has expired, the purchase agreement becomes final. We expect you to handle the product and its packaging with care during this period. Carefully unpack the product and/or use it only as much as necessary to determine whether you want to keep it.
Once you have registered your return, you then have another 14 days to ensure the product reaches us.

Return Conditions
Packaging
We recommend – if possible – using sturdy packaging around the original product packaging. For example, the original box the product was shipped in. We also advise not to place stickers on the original packaging or write on it.
Condition of the product
When you return the product, it must be in perfect condition. Dirt, scratches or other signs of use may lead to a reduction in value; this amount will be deducted from your refund. You will always be informed about this. (Protective film does not need to be removed in order to assess the product.) We also recommend keeping the packaging intact so you can use it for the return shipment. So please do not damage the foam, boxes or protective material.
The return shipping costs will only be reimbursed by us if the return is the result of our (technical) error. In the case of a standard return within the withdrawal period, the return costs are your responsibility. Has the product been damaged during transport and do you notice this when the courier hands it over? Report it to the courier and do not accept the package. Then contact us as soon as possible.
Refund of purchase amount
All credits resulting from a return will be refunded within 5 working days after the return has been processed. Within a maximum of 15 working days from the date of shipment/drop-off, the amount will be back in your account.
Excluded from return
Some products are excluded from return:
- Products custom-made or configured specifically for you by Klundert Music;
- Cables cut or made to your specifications;
- Software where the seal has been broken;
- Items that cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons and whose seal has been broken, such as earplugs, in-ear earphones, headsets, headphones or, for example, a tested Talkbox.
Your order does not match what was ordered
If the delivery does not match what you ordered, you can return these products. Of course, we will cover the return costs. After receiving your track and trace number, we will send the correct product as soon as possible. Please make sure to contact our Sales department at +31 (0)13-5288660.
