The Arturia Keystep is a small and compact keyboard. It is a midi keyboard, controller and sequencer in one. Its compact size makes it ideal to take with you on the train or plane, so you can simply work on your music productions while traveling. The KeyStep fits into just about any backpack or laptop bag. But the Keystep can also be used on stage if you are looking for a compact 32-key keyboard.

The Keystep has cool features such as an arpeggiator and polyphonic sequencer. Connections are plentiful! So you'll find the CV outputs: mod, gate and pitch. In addition, there is an input you can use for your sustain pedal. Furthermore, the Keystep is equipped with Sync in and out and MIDI in and out. Also useful are the Sync mode selectors which allow you to select the right clock source (Internal, USB, MIDI or Sync Input).

With the included MIDI USB cable you can connect the Keystep to your computer (Windows or Mac).

  • Arturia KeyStep MIDI keyboard controller / sequencer
  • 32 small keys (SlimKey), touch sensitive
  • arpeggiator mode (up, down, inclusive, exclusive, random, note order, double up, double down)
  • sequencer mode (8 polyphonic step sequences with rest, tie and legato note entry)
  • large REC, PLAY and STOP buttons for sequencer and arpeggiator control
  • chord play mode

The KeyStep can also be powered by, for example, the Apple iPad (optional camera connection kit required).
Please note; you will need an optional power adapter for standalone function (i.e. when used without a USB cable)
