Yep, you won't find the TV500 amplifier on Eich's channels as an official product. During the TecAmp era, this amplifier was known as the Blackjag 500, and Eich briefly made the RV500 as an official product, the rack version of the TV500. By our special request, because we loved this amp and its stylish looks so much, Thomas Eich built a one-off TV500 for Klundert Music.
The TV500 is a greatly expanded/modified T500; it has the same basic preamp and 500 watt power amp, but offers much more tone control. For EQ, you'll find additional high and low boost and switchable crossover frequency for low and high mids. It has the same compressor integrated as on the T1000 and-comparable to "Taste"-a "Rock" function that dramatically changes the character of the amp. Capable of almost anything, the TV500 is ultra-light (6 kg) and compact (25x25x52 cm).
Standard on all Eich T-series amplifiers are a high-quality true DI, mute switch, tuner output and FX loop. The compressor and tuner mute are footswitchable with an optional switch. All Eich amps have a switchable main input voltage that can be switched from 115 VAC to 230 VAC, so you can operate your Eich amp virtually anywhere in the world at the touch of a button.
