The FV-50L is a low impedance stereo volume pedal for guitars and guitar effects. So you have 2x 6.35 millimeter inputs and 2x 6.35 millimeter outputs at your disposal for full stereo operation. For use with keyboards and other line level effects it is best to use a Boss FV-50L.
The 'Minimum volume knob' on the side is used to set the lowest volume level of the expression pedal. This allows you to go from 0 or half volume to maximum volume with one foot movement.
