Eight voices to create your own sound
If you've heard the original minilogue, then you know how much range its 4-voice polyphony can achieve. The minilogue bass continues this trend with an aural architecture optimized for use in the low end. Poly mode functions as a standard 4-voice synth; Duo stacks two voices in unison, and Unison stacks each voice, turning the minilogue bass into a monstrous mono synth. In Mono mode, minilogue bass kicks the low end into high gear by adding a sub-oscillator. You can create aural vistas with the Chord or Delay modes, the latter layering your sound by slowing down the second, third and fourth voices after the first voice is played. For rhythmic considerations, Arp features a 4-voice arpeggiator, while Side Chain provides volume attenuations as you move from voice to voice.
