We curate our assortment carefully and fully independently. In our fresh collection you'll find an impressive mix of well-known and boutique brands that we represent broadly with passion and pride.
Above all, we're sticklers for quality. That means we're strong in the high-end and specialist segment, but we also believe in a certain minimum standard for starters. Every product in our collection meets our “5-year warranty as standard,” and that's great for everyone! We carefully check and set up guitars at purchase, whether you buy offline or online. We're technically well-versed and experienced, so we know what we're talking about.
We also perform in-house repairs and maintenance on (almost) all brands and types of guitars — regardless of where you bought yours.

The number of different types of guitars and brands is almost impossible to keep up with, and it's nearly impossible to show a perfect cross-section of the whole spectrum in one collection. And we firmly believe in “shoe-maker, stick to your last,” so we focus on what we're good at!
We're strong in electric guitars, electric basses, steel-string acoustics and all conceivable essentials. That makes our guitar department a modern “pop department.” We also have a wide selection of classical guitars for starters and students.

Trying out guitars
Although more and more products are bought online — either with our guidance or sight-unseen — we fully understand that you want to see, hold and experience a guitar or amp before you buy. Maybe you're still orienting and want to compare a few things.
Testing is no problem with us — but it's focused and under our guidance. Because we stock many valuable and often unique or hard-to-get items, we take great care of our collection. And we think it's only fair to the future owner of that special guitar that it has been played as little as possible and is free of playwear.
There are exceptions though, because with all the ongoing developments in the market, manufacturers or suppliers unfortunately can't always offer enough support to make extensive in-store testing and guidance feasible. Effects pedals are one such exception.
No worries; you can still test — just do it quietly at home. Combined with your own setup, that may even be more insightful. You'll also buy such a product under the same conditions as everything else: 5-year warranty, free shipping from the minimum amount, or pick-up in our store — and within two weeks you may return it if it's not for you.

There are countless ways to enhance your guitar, and some accessories simply make a guitarist's life a lot easier — and more professional. Think strings, cables, tuners, picks, stands, capos, straps, gig bags, hard cases and all kinds of pedals to add effects to your sound. The choice is huge and sometimes overwhelming, but we’ve been there — and together we’ll figure it out. Promise!
Trade-in
One of the most common questions in our daily work is: “Do you take trade-ins?” The answer is absolutely! When you buy a new product, trading in your used gear is something we can discuss. Of course, it's always custom work and we’re happy to go over the options and terms based on a proposal. We can already prepare such a trade-in proposal for you using clear photos.
