LD Systems PPA2

The LD Systems PPA 2 is a very compact analog phono preamplifier that converts the extremely low output signal of conventional turntables according to the RIAA standard. It allows you to easily connect a turntable to equipment without phono inputs, such as mixers, PA power amplifiers or audio interfaces.

The phono inputs and line outputs are designed as RCA jacks. In addition, the PPA 2 features a screw terminal for the turntable's ground cable and a 6.3 mm stereo jack to connect headphones. The total harmonic distortion (THD) is below 0.05% and the channel separation is -75 dB.

The LD Systems PPA 2 runs on an external 12 V AC adapter. A bright LED on top of the sturdy metal housing indicates whether the unit is turned on.
