The Arturia MiniLab 37 is a compact MIDI controller designed for producers, keyboardists, beatmakers, and musicians who want more playing space than a 25-key controller offers, but don’t want to take up too much desk space with a large keyboard. With 37 velocity-sensitive slim keys, RGB pads, encoders, faders, touch strips, a mini display, and a clickable browser button, you have direct control over your sounds, software, and external MIDI gear.

Thanks to the included software, you can get started right away with producing, playing, and recording. The MiniLab 37 works seamlessly with Arturia Analog Lab, major DAWs, and Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol. You can connect it to your computer or iPad via USB-C, while the 5-pin MIDI output allows you to control hardware synths, sound modules, and other MIDI devices.

Compact 37-key controller
The MiniLab 37 gives you more playing freedom than a standard mini-controller, without taking up much space. The 37 slim keys are velocity-sensitive, allowing you to play more dynamically and record parts more naturally. Chords, basslines, melodies, and simple two-handed parts feel more fluid than on a 25-key model.

The layout is clear and designed for a fast workflow. The controls are logically placed, so you spend less time searching and can work faster. This makes this controller ideal for home studios, mobile production setups, teaching environments, and small live setups.

Lots of hands-on control
With 8 knobs, 4 faders, and 8 RGB pads, you have direct control over instruments, effects, mix levels, clips, and other functions in your software. The pads are velocity- and pressure-sensitive and operate with two banks, giving you a total of 16 assignable pad slots. This is useful for drums, samples, clip launching, and performance functions. The pitch bend and modulation touch strips give you extra expression while playing. They let you add bends, vibrato, filter sweeps, or modulation without separate controllers. The mini display and clickable browser button help you select presets and provide feedback while adjusting parameters.

Work quickly with chords, arpeggios, and transposition
The MiniLab 37 features several functions that let you develop musical ideas faster. With Hold Mode, you can sustain notes without using a sustain pedal. Chord Mode lets you play chords with a single key. The built-in arpeggiator converts played notes into rhythmic patterns that work well with electronic music, pop, hip-hop, film scores, and dance music. The octave buttons let you quickly shift the playing range up or down. Transposition in semitones is also possible. The Shift button gives you access to additional functions, MIDI channels, and deeper software integration.

Strong software integration
Arturia is known for its combination of hardware controllers and software instruments. The MiniLab 37 fits right in with that. With Analog Lab Intro, you get access to 500 sounds from Arturia’s instrument collection. Think synth leads, basses, pads, electric pianos, organs, keys, and hybrid sounds. The controller works with custom DAW scripts for popular programs such as Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Cubase, FL Studio, and Bitwig. MCU/HUI support is also included, making transport controls and basic functions available in many DAWs. Thanks to NKS compatibility, the MiniLab 37 also fits into the Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol ecosystem.

Software and Hardware Connections The MiniLab 37 is bus-powered via USB-C, so you don’t need a separate power supply. Connect it to your computer or iPad via USB-C and use it with your DAW, software instruments, and Arturia MIDI Control Center. For hardware, there is a 5-pin MIDI output. This allows you to control external synthesizers, drum machines, modules, or other MIDI devices. There’s also a 6.35 mm control input for a sustain pedal, expression pedal, or footswitch. This lets you easily expand your playing control.

software bundle included The Arturia MiniLab 37 comes with a package of software and services that lets you start making music right away.
