The Boss DS-1W Waza Distortion brings the classic BOSS distortion but enhanced with new tonal capabilities. The original distortion pedal this product is based on was first introduced in 1978 but its hard attack and smooth sustain make this pedal one of the most iconic pedals ever
The sound of this pedal is used by a long list of rock icons. Therefore, it was time to add this distortion to the list of iconic pedals getting a Waza Craft version. Here, the look and character of the iconic pedal are blended with the new, discrete analog circuit with extended range and flexibility.
