Boss Nextone Stage

The BOSS Nextone series combines the classic lamp sound and feel with a sound diversity of the latest generation. This results in an exciting new concept, in terms of professional guitar amplification. Striking channel voicings deliver a wide range of inspiring tones, while four selectable Class AB analog power amp types offer direct access to the unique features of 6V6, 6L6, EL84 and EL34 output lamp sections. Supported by our advanced Tube Logic approach, each power amp type gives a new sound to the entire circuit: from input to output. This is the first time that the full sound experiences of these distinctive power stages have been housed in one amplifier.

Fine-tune bias, sag, EQ and other internal settings to perfectly match your individual style and touch. Nextone also includes convenient modern features for playing on stage, such as built-in effects, a line out for direct sound without a mic, and power control for an expressive, boosted sound at any volume. And thanks to Tube Logic, you can enjoy the great sound and response of your favorite tube amps, but without the leaden weight or associated maintenance hassles.

Nextone Version 3: New Features for More Performance Versatility
The free Version 3 update expands Nextone's capabilities even further, with new tone-shaping tools and enhanced features for home, stage and studio use.

• Self Bias-In addition to the Fixed Bias options, a Self Bias option is now available for all power amps in the Nextone Editor. Fixed Bias delivers a more powerful response, while Self Bias provides a slightly softer, more vintage feel.
• Solo An independent solo function is now available for the Clean and Lead channels, complete with level boost and dedicated EQ. The solo function is accessible through the Nextone Editor and can be controlled with the GA-FC Foot Controller.
• New Power Control Setting-The Power Control 0.5 watt setting can be reset to 0.2 watts, so you can obtain boosted amp tones at an even lower volume. This Power Control behavior can be assigned with a power-up action or via the Nextone Editor.
• Delay/Tremolo Panel Switch-The panel switch in the Effects section can now switch between delay, tremolo and bypass at the touch of a button.
