The BOSS ODB-3 delivers an overdrive effect that covers the entire frequency range of bass guitars, including 5-string. You can mix the overdriven sound with the dry bass signal for maximum clarity and punch.
This ODB-3 delivers a deep-sounding distortion sound that lends itself perfectly to rock, trash and punk. Especially the bass notes of the bass guitar come out nicely with this unit because extra care has been taken with the low frequencies the sound does not sound muddy or unsubtle.
