The NYXL1164 is a unique string set. You can think of this as a refined EXL140, the standard 0.11 medium top heavy bottom set from D'addario but with an extra 0.64 as the seventh string. Due to the use of carbon steel, this set will be easier to bottom, more tunable and sound a lot brighter and louder. As we are used to D'addario's 0.11's, it is a super versatile set that can be used for all genres and has a long lifespan.
