Guitarists who play electro-acoustic know this problem; your guitar is equipped with such an endpin -where you plug in the cable- and where you can attach your strap as well, but that thing is too thick for most straps and the rib is too narrow, so the strap often doesn't fit nicely. And the last thing you want to happen is that the strap falls off while you are standing! The cinchfit from D'addario is an absolute must-have if you recognize this problem all too well! It's a clever strap-adapter that seamlessly "bites" into the endpin and you thread the nylon lace through the end-tab of your strap. The mechanism closes with magnets, but because of the weight of the guitar the cinch fit stays closed when the guitar is strapped on. When you take the guitar off again, you can easily detach the strap from the guitar. Brilliant!
