Digitech's The Drop is an indispensable tool for guitarists who want to quickly switch to lower tunings. This pedal lets you lower the pitch of a standard electric guitar by several halftones - or even a whole octave - without having to adjust your instrument.

A special OCT+DRY mode letsyou lower the tone an octave while keeping the original signal audible, providing a fuller sound. Thanks to its fast and accurate tracking, The Drop can also effortlessly serve as an octaver on your pedalboard.

The pedal also features a momentary/latching switch. In momentary mode, The Drop becomes a true performance pedal, ideal for short applications such as a temporary lowered tuning during a break or single notes in a song.

In short, The Drop is not only a powerful tool for live performance, but also a creative tool when composing - perfect for trills, pitch dips and experimental sounds.
