The Dunlop 273 Blues Bottle Slide takes you back to the roots of Delta blues. Made of seamless Pyrex glass, this hand-blown slide offers a crisp, clean tone with a natural sustain. Thanks to its closed end, it lies perfectly balanced on your finger, providing maximum control while playing.
The shape is based on the bottle necks that blues musicians in the southern US used to create their signature slide sound. Visually and sonically, the Dunlop 273 is reminiscent of these classic bottlenecks, but is constructed in modern, sturdy glassware. This large slide has a regular wall thickness, making it slightly lighter than the heavier 275 and 276 models - ideal if you're looking for a slightly faster and open tone.
