The Dunlop JH10 guitar strap is a visual tribute to an iconic moment in Jimi Hendrix's career. In 1966, Hendrix met British photographer Gered Mankowitz at the Bag O' Nails Pub in London - an evening when Hendrix showed off his boundless creativity to the likes of Pete Townshend, Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck. Soon after, Mankowitz invited the band to his London studio for a photo session. The images that emerged there are among the most legendary portraits of Hendrix ever made.
This guitar strap captures the mood of that revolutionary period and translates it into a design that is both powerful and stylish. Made of 5cm-wide Jacquard-woven fabric for optimal playing comfort, with sturdy leather ends that mold to use over time. The strap length is adjustable from 94 to 155 cm and suitable for any player, from studio to stage.
The JH10 is part of Dunlop's official Jimi Hendrix series and was designed in collaboration with Authentic Hendrix LLC - the Hendrix family business. All materials, patterns and finishes have been carefully selected and officially approved.
