Eich Amps 212S - 4 ohm

Eich Amps offers the ultimate combination of portability, a mature appearance and an enormous sound. This 212S cabinet is a compact 2x12" cabinet with a wide dynamic range and a very well balanced, fat tone. The 212S weighs 22 kg and measures 44 x 75 x 41 cm. With these dimensions you can transport this cabinet easily, but it is also perfectly compatible with the other S and XS cabinets from Eich

This cabinet is equipped with two 12" Eich custom design ceramic speakers and has a power handling of 600 watts. For optimal bass response and maximum frequency range, the cabinet has a tuned bass reflex port on the rear and a 1" horn tweeter with a unique switching system; a 5 position rotary switch that is safely hidden in the handle on the side and allows you to fine tune the characteristics of the tweeter. The handle on the other side incorporates a clever strain relief for the speaker or guitar cable

Standard on Eich cabinets are Neutrik speakon / jack combo connectors (in and thru) and "Amplifix" for the Eich T-series amplifiers; these amplifiers are equipped with two powerful magnets at the bottom that click onto the cabinet and thus prevent the amplifier from vibrating off the cabinet.

All Eich cabinets are made from lightweight, very high density poplar plywood and are available with a total impedance of 4 or 8 ohms.
