The T300 is an ultra-compact, lightweight Class-D amplifier with an output power of 300 watts at an impedance of 4 ohms or 200 watts at 8 ohms. At first glance, you'll find the most common controls such as input gain, 4-way tone control and master volume
A unique feature however is "Taste", which works as a "master tone control" with an extremely wide range that determines the overall character of the amp by mixing between a modern, mid-scooped sound and a darker, vintage bass sound; creating tone starts here! Once you've found your preferred character, you can start fine-tuning it through the 4-way EQ. Bass, Low Mid and Hi Mid are super sensitive; the slightest change in settings is audible
The Hi control is centered at 8kHz and is meant to emphasize the high frequency details of your picking, slapping and plucking. So unlike the other three tone controls, the Hi control is subtle, especially on passive basses. Don't misunderstand; these amps do not MISS hi-end frequencies! On the contrary; the sound of Eich amps is extremely well balanced and in place, especially in a band situation
Standard on all Eich T-series amplifiers are a high quality, transformer balanced DI, mute switch, tuner output and FX loop. Headphone output and line input make these little powerhouses perfect for practicing in silence. All Eich amps have a switchable power supply voltage from 115 vAC to 230 vAC allowing you to use your Eich amp just about anywhere in the world with a simple switch
Optional is the SB-1 carrying case.
