The 6180 VP JR volume pedal from Ernie Ball is in our opinion the go-to when you are looking for a solid and well-functioning volume pedal. Because of the mechanical drive of the potentiometer, the feel of the pedal is very direct and similar to the sensitivity you have when adjusting volume on your guitar by hand. The housing is built like a tank and the non-slip coating on the pedal allows you to control the volume with unprecedented precision. The JR is the smaller version of the regular Ernie Ball volume pedal and therefore just a bit more space-saving for your pedalboard

The value of the potentiometer is 250K and so this version is suitable for all passive / high impedance signals. The pedal itself functions passively and so it does not require an external power supply or battery. Simply; plug & play. Besides an input and output, the VP JR is also equipped with a tuner output. This allows you to send a signal to your tuner at all times, both in the heel down and tow down position

In the unfortunate event that the mechanical drive system fails (in accidental cases, the string can break), a replacement kit is available and so the pedal is easy to maintain / repair and will last forever!
