Travel back to 1969 with this Fender Custom Shop 1969 Telecaster NOS. This iconic Telecaster will take you with its sound, look and feel of the original Telecaster workhorse of the period.

Back in time

The body is made of high-quality two-piece selected ash wood is has a nitrocellulose finish, providing a true vintage look and feel. The quarter-sawn maple neck has a comfortable '60s Oval "C" profile, and features a one-piece quarter-sawn maple fingerboard. This is the well-known NOS finish (New Old Stock). So no artificial aging or relic, but still "that new guitar looks and smell."

For the classic Tele sound, the guitar is equipped with Custom Shop hand-wound '67 single-coil pickups in both the neck and bridge positions. The 3-way blade switch lets you easily switch between different tone options. Controls are as we know them: master volume and tone controls and knurled chrome knobs.

Other premium features include a 9.5" radius, 21 Narrow Tall (6105) frets, '67 Telecaster wiring, a 3-ply white pickguard, a '67 Telecaster bridge, vintage "F"-style tuners, a bone nut and an American Vintage '56-'58 string tree.

The guitar comes with a Deluxe Custom Shop hardshell case, guitar strap and a certificate of authenticity.
