The G7th Newport Partial Capo for steel-string guitars, clamps the bottom 5 strings creating a drop effect. The length of the clamping part is 42mm.

Quick-release

The cleverly hidden flip-lever mechanism makes the capo quick and easy to use. The adjustment knob allows you to precisely adjust the tension while the capo is already on the neck of the guitar.

Stay in tune longer

Thanks to the fine adjustment knob, the Newport capo provides just the right amount of pressure on your strings, even with thicker strings or higher string action. So you spend less time retuning and more time playing.

Preserve your tone

The specially designed string pads preserve the natural sound of your instrument. They reduce vibration damping and prevent loss of tone.

Silicone pads

There are non-reactive, protective silicone pads on all contact points. This keeps your instrument's varnish and finish safe while using the Newport capo.
