The Plus pedal uses Gamechanger's patented audio algorithm that allows you to capture and sample small segments of your instrument's signal in real time and loop them into a seamless sustained sound. Unlike synthesizers and synth-pad triggers, the Plus Pedal plays a constant high-resolution recording of your instrument and, once enabled, the real-time sampling algorithm instantly creates a micro-loop of the most recent audio signal.

The magic of looping
You can think of the Plus pedal as a kind of clever looper that captures only the last segment of a note or chord you select by pressing the pedal. It then uses that to create a warm and responsive continuous sound. The layers of sustain created by the Plus pedal sound almost identical to your instrument's original tone, and you can further tweak the Plus pedal to create the specific type of sustain. In use, the Plus pedal delivers results that are quite different (and much more varied) than those of typical looper and "freeze" pedals. Like the sostenuto pedal on a piano, the Plus pedal allows you to easily sustain selected notes while leaving other notes untouched.

On the back of the pedal you'll find a Clean Out/FSW jack. This can be used in 2 ways: you can use it as an extra output for just your dry signal and as a connection for the optional Wet-Footswitch. This turns off your dry signal for when you're in the extra mood for ambient soundscapes.
