International shipping

You’ve found us — nice! At Klundert Music, we help musicians from all over the world. We want to make sure your gear is delivered safely, on time, and that you receive the correct price information.

Shipping within the EU (private customers):

Shipping within the EU is very straightforward. Transport is relatively affordable and easy to arrange. We are required to apply the VAT rate of the country you order from (where we ship to). This means you should always contact us first so we can provide you with the correct pricing. This is super quick — just send us a message with your shipping address and we’ll take care of the rest.

If you order from us as a private customer (consumer), you will receive a quote including your local VAT.

The prices in our webshop include 21% VAT, except for sheet music which is taxed at 9% VAT.

Shipping within the EU (business, intra-community):

Do you have a valid VAT number and is your company located within the EU? Then we can supply your order excluding VAT. You are responsible for handling the VAT in your own country. We verify your VAT number in the official VIES register. Make sure your VAT number is listed correctly there, otherwise we cannot supply your order intra-community.

Send us a message with what you’d like to order and we’ll respond immediately with an intra-community quote! Through our system, we can also include a direct payment request so you can easily complete the payment from abroad (via iDeal, Bancontact, Credit Card, SEPA, and PayPal).

Shipping outside the EU (private & business):

Orders outside of Europe may be subject to various taxes and duties. These differ per country. That’s why the best way for us to help is if you contact us, so we can think along with you about the most affordable and efficient shipping options. Tip: include your delivery address right away so we can calculate the shipping costs immediately.
