International Shipping
You found us, great! At Klundert Music, we help musicians from all over the world. We want to make sure that your gear is delivered safely and on time. And that you get the right price information.
Delivery within the EU (private individuals):
Deliveries within the EU are very easy. Transport is relatively cheap and easy to arrange. We are obliged to charge the VAT rate of the country you are ordering from (where we ship to). This means you always have to contact us, so we can make you a correct price. This can all be done very quickly: just send us a message with your shipping address and we will take care of the rest.
If you order from us as a private person (consumer), you will receive a quotation with your local VAT.
All prices in our webshop are including 21% VAT, except for sheet music: those are with 9% VAT.
Delivery within the EU (business, intra-community delivery):
Do you have a valid VAT number and is your company located within the EU? Then you will receive your order excluding VAT. You will have to pay the VAT in your own country (you are responsible for this). We check your VAT number in the general VIES register. Make sure your VAT number is correct, otherwise we cannot deliver to you with intra-community terms (ex. VAT).
Send us a message about what you would like to order and we will respond immediately with an intra-community, ex. VAT quote! Through our system we can immediately send a payment request along so you can easily make the payment from abroad (including payment methods like iDeal, Bancontact, Credit Card, SEPA and Paypal).
Delivery outside the EU (private individuals & business):
Orders outside Europe have to deal with all kinds of taxes and duties. These differ per country. Therefore we can help you best when you contact us, so we can arrange the cheapest and best delivery / shipping. Tip: put your delivery address in the message so we can help you quickly (we can calculate shipping costs).
