The JICO N-44-7 Aurora IMP NUDE is a high-quality replacement stylus for the legendary Shure M44-7 element. NUDE Diamond: Superior sound and precision
This version uses a solid NUDE tapered diamond needle. Unlike bonded needles, where a diamond tip is attached to a metal backing, the tip consists entirely of diamond. This provides a lower moving mass and accurate groove tracking with clear and powerful reproduction.

Made for Heavy Duty (IMP)
The IMP (Impact) version is designed for intensive use. The recommended needle pressure is between 3.5 and 4.5 grams. This higher needle pressure reduces the chance of skipping during scratching and intensive cue use. This makes this stylus suitable for club use, mixing and solid DJ work.

Aurora glow in the dark
The needle holder is made with 100% phosphorescent pigment (Lumi Nova). When exposed to daylight or artificial light, the stylus glows in the dark. Under blacklight, the needle remains visible at constant brightness, giving extra control during performances.

The cantilever is made of aluminum and fits perfectly with the Shure M44-7 element.
