The handytraxx 1bit offers everything for mobile vinyl listening, but at the same time also professional digital recording. Via the USB 2.0 Type-B connection, you capture audio with impressive clarity. AudioGate 4 supports PCM up to 192kHz/24-bit and DSD up to 5.6MHz in full stereo. After recording, you can convert your files to MP3, WAV, FLAC or DSD, shaping your digital collection while retaining analog warmth and any EQ or Tube settings. As a result, the handytraxx 1bit integrates effortlessly into both analog and digital setups.

Nutube - modern technology with classic tube charm

To enhance the distinctive character of analog playback, Korg has equipped the handytraxx 1bit with a Nutube triode tube. This compact tube operates energy-efficiently while still offering the warm, deep timbre of a traditional vacuum tube. The integrated Tube control gives you up to 6 dB of extra gain, so you control how much harmonic richness you add. This way you tune the sound exactly to your taste, without complex settings.

Jico cartridge for precise playback

The handytraxx 1bit comes with a pre-installed MM cartridge from Jico, a brand known worldwide for high-quality needles and elements. The J44 A7 stereo cartridge features a tapered stylus with a 0.7 mm synthetic diamond tip and an aluminum cantilever. This combination ensures solid bass, clear mids and a wide dynamic range. The precise tracking guarantees stable and detailed playback, both for new releases and older records.

Clear and focused sound image

With the built-in 2-band EQ you can separately adjust the Bass and Treble frequencies to match the typical characteristics of vinyl. This allows you to optimize playback in any room. The player supports three speeds - 33-1/3, 45 and 78 rpm - and comes with an EP adapter so that virtually any record is playable.

Solid base for stable playback

Inside the compact housing lies a carefully constructed drive system. The belt drive and DC servo motor drive a die-cast aluminum platform. Internal software constantly monitors speed and pitch, ensuring stable rotation and intact music playback. In addition to the built-in speakers and headphone output, you can choose between Phono or Line output, making the player easy to connect to any system.

Despite its sensitive medium, the handytraxx 1bit is really made for taking with you. The sturdy housing and removable dust cover combine to form a handle that is comfortable to carry. With the included AC adapter and five interchangeable plugs, you can use it virtually anywhere. In addition, the player also runs on six AA batteries, so you can listen completely wirelessly. A locking tray and EP adapter as well as an adjustable counterweight provide extra security while on the road.
