Surely the DP650 is a unique instrument. The price-quality ratio on this piano is extremely high. If you look at other pianos of this size, there are few brands that can match the price of the DP650. Of course, Medeli had to make some concessions for this, but these do not detract from the fact that this is still an exceptionally powerful and beautiful piano for the price.
The DP650 is amplified with a 2x 40w 4 way system. This means that it contains a powerful amplifier that can produce high volumes without sounding shrill or tinny. The 4 way system ensures that the low frequencies come from under the piano and the somewhat higher frequencies from the top of the cabinet, aimed directly at the player, putting you in the perfect listening position.
Also, the stereo effect of an acoustic piano is neatly mimicked in the DP650, meaning that bass is heard more on the left and treble on the right. Divided at the position where the note is also played, just like an acoustic piano.

In addition to all these great piano features, the DP650 also has a large amount of iconic songs ready to play along with. To top it off, it is even possible to plug in a microphone to sing along with all your songs through the piano!

The DP650The

Medeli DP650K is a model from Medeli's top series. A beautiful design with the feel and look of an acoustic piano. Equipped with a modest, but clear, display and controls.

The Medeli DP650K features Medeli's K8 keyboard. A key with a top layer that feels like an ivory key. The keyboard has an additional sensor which also registers the release of the key. Optically, the key also has a different color than the K6 keyboard and therefore looks more like a piano key.

More than just a piano

The piano has the possibility to connect a dynamic microphone to allow singing along with the played piano part. The microphone can also be equipped with 9 different effects specifically designed for use with the microphone.

The built-in equalizer allows you to adjust the piano's timbre to your taste. A number of preset settings are available for this purpose.

A computer can be connected to use the piano to control sequencer software, but can also pass the piano's audio through the USB connection to use the DP650's sound and playing within DAW software.

Deze twee richtingen spreken verschillende soorten pianisten aan, elk met hun eigen unieke doelen en leertrajecten. Laten we dieper ingaan op hoe het leerproces verschilt tussen deze twee benaderingen.
