The Meinl QW10 is a Cuica (Qweeka) and has a ten-inch aluminum shell, strung on one side with a goatskin. A bamboo stick is attached in the center of the goatskin. By rubbing the stick with a damp cloth or sponge and varying the pressure on the skin with your other hand, different sounds and pitches are created.
