MXR M133 Micro Amp

The MXRMicro Amp has long been one of our favorite boosters. Or rather; "line driver", because actually the Micro Amp is a pre amp with a very high overdrive ceiling (headroom) and a transparent and broadband amplification that for this reason can be used in the broadest sense of a booster. And above all; works very well at various positions in your signal chain.

More simply put, you are looking for;

• A good volume / solo booster that you want to connect before your amp (before the pre amp of your amp so), or;
  
• A second master volume functionality in an amp's FX loop, or;
  
• A gain booster to give your favorite ripping pedals an extra kick in the tail, or;

For all these types of application, the regular Micro Amp has been a sure shot for years; basically always good! Works with any regular 9vDC power supply; Centre negative and only consumes a few mA.
