Novation Launch Control 3

Novation Launch Control 3 is a compact MIDI control surface that gives direct, physical control over software, plugins and external MIDI hardware. With sixteen endless encoders, eight programmable buttons and a bright OLED display, you can quickly access parameters in your DAW without constantly reaching for your mouse. This controller works seamlessly with Ableton Live, Logic Pro, FL Studio and Cubase, among others. Thanks to Mackie HUI support, it is also directly usable with many other DAW environments.

The housing is compact but sturdy, making the Launch Control 3 easy to fit on any desk. The sixteen endless encoders rotate indefinitely, so they are never in the wrong position when you switch between parameters or projects. The OLED screen instantly displays the encoders' current values and functions. If you hold down the shift button while moving an encoder, you can view a value without changing it. Below each encoder is an LED indicator that displays the parameter value with different intensities.

For users with an extensive studio setup, the Launch Control 3 offers extensive options for creating your own mappings. The Novation Components software makes it easy to set MIDI assignments and create up to seven Custom Modes. This allows you to control plugins and MIDI devices in a way that suits your own workflow. This makes the controller suitable for both software production and hybrid studios with external synthesizers and MIDI equipment.

The Launch Control 3 can also be used without a computer. Thanks to its 5-pin MIDI In, Out and Out2/Thru connections, you connect it directly to MIDI-enabled hardware. Power is supplied via USB-C, eliminating the need for a separate power supply. The controller comes with an extensive software package. So you can get started right away with Ableton Live Lite and Cubase LE. You also get various effects and instruments from Klevgrand, Baby Audio and Output, among others.
