Combined with Ableton Live DAW software, the Novation Launchpad Pro MK3 becomes the focal point of your music production. The 64 pressure-sensitive RGB pads give you full control to start clips and scenes, play melodies and chords, control mixer settings and much more. The built-in 4-track, 32-step sequencer lets you create complete tracks, including probability and mutation functions for constantly changing patterns. With direct access to Ableton Live's Capture MIDI feature, you'll always capture your musical ideas without losing anything. The Launchpad Pro MK3 is also ideal for new users: it comes with Ableton Live Lite and an Easy Start Tool, so you can quickly get started producing music.

Chord and Scale modes turn your Launchpad Pro into a full-fledged instrument
The first Launchpad already provided an instrument-like feel with which to play notes and trigger drums, but the Launchpad Pro MK3 takes this much further. In fact, Novation has equipped this model with dedicated Chord and Scale modes. In Chord mode, you can easily discover different chord progressions and harmonies and trigger them directly from the grid. Scale modes automatically assign pads to specific notes, so you can never play out of key. These features not only make the Launchpad Pro MK3 playable like a real instrument, but also provide new creative inspiration.

Direct access to your mixer functions
In addition to its excellent playability, the Novation Launchpad Pro MK3 also offers direct access to all mixer functions. This allows you to adjust settings during a performance without interrupting your workflow. There's no separate mixer mode to inhibit your creativity - simply hold down a button, adjust channel volume, panning, aux-send levels or other settings, release the button and get right on with your performance.

Includes Ableton Live Lite and additional software

Firmware v1.2 update
The v1.2 firmware update for the Novation Launchpad Pro MK3 gives you even more creative freedom during your performances. At the request of artists, Unquantized Recording has been added, among other things, so you are no longer bound to a tight grid and can record beats with microsteps for natural, off-grid grooves. In addition, the update brings back Legacy Mode, which makes the User layout of the original Launchpad Pro available. This allows you to easily transfer older projects to the Launchpad Pro MK3 environment.
