Step sequencer

Effortlessly create a new groove by tapping the 16 large, multicolored step input keys. The changing colors of the keys allow you to monitor the sequencing information of any song at any time.

Tactile performance pads

Load up to 16 samples on the large rubber pads, and finger drum freely to lay out sounds on-the-fly. Multi-color LEDs show which samples are playing, while Velocity Mode lets you control sample volume via the pressure you apply.

Touch Strip

Use the touch strip to change the pitch using the Pitch Bend function or play a drum roll using the Note Repeat option. Personalize the parameters for even more creative possibilities.

7-inch touch screen

Tap the LCD display to instantly access one of three screens. The Home screen shows you an overview of the assigned samples, and the Sequence screen shows you the sequence pattern currently playing. Use the Mixer screen to control the volume of individual tracks.

Precise synchronization

Sync your DJS-1000 with a CDJ or XDJ setup using Pro DJ Link. Thanks to the Beat Sync function, a tempo slider and a Nudge button, you can manually adjust the tempo and beat position just like on a turntable.

Live sampling

Sample input sounds and use them directly as individual tracks. Your sampled sounds are immediately synced to the current sequence. Play them in a loop and incorporate them directly into a live remix.
