The Wavelength Module is used in addition to the Seymour Duncan Wavelength Solo pickup for volume and tone control. The Wavelength Solo works perfectly without this module, but in that case it always sends out at full volume.
Mounting and placing this module is very easy; you simply plug it into the existing mini-jack remote control input of the Wavelength pre amp. This pre amp is located at the jack output fixed to the inside of the guitar.
The part of the module with the potentiometers is fixed with a 3M adhesive tape in the sound hole, so that you can reach it to make the settings.
