Always prepared
The Sound Bullet is a complete pocket-sized audio system tester. At just 13 cm long and with a sturdy Nextel-coated metal housing, it feels professional and reliable. The built-in rechargeable battery easily charges via USB-C, and easily lasts an entire work day. Thanks to the Neutrik XLR jacks on both sides, you connect it directly to mixers, DI boxes or peripherals - without extra cables.

Find interference at lightning speed
The integrated signal generator lets you instantly output test tones or pink noise at different levels (-10, -20 or -40 dBu). Ideal for screening cables, inputs or entire signal paths. With the included 6.35 mm jack-jack adapter, you can also connect it directly to guitar amps or DI boxes.

Listen in on what's really happening
The Sound Bullet has a built-in speaker and a 3.5mm headphone jack. This allows you to hear instantly if a signal is actually coming in. A volume wheel on the side controls the level of the monitor. Two LEDs indicate whether signal is present (-25 dBu) or overdrive is occurring (+10 dBu).

Check phantompower at a glance
A common cause of non-working microphones or DIs is missing phantompower. The Sound Bullet measures voltage at pins 2 and 3 of the XLR connector and shows via LEDs whether the voltage is within the safe range.

• 48V (±4V): both LEDs are on constantly
• 24-44V: LEDs blink slowly
• >52V: LEDs flash rapidly as a warning

Test XLR cables directly
Press the Sel button for 2 seconds to enter cable test mode. Then connect an XLR cable between the two jacks, and check with the LEDs that all connections are correct. This way, you can immediately find breaks or faulty wiring.

Use as a preventive tool
The Sound Bullet not only helps with faults, but also to prevent them. Test a line or channel before the band arrives, check phantompower when building a set, or listen to a VT line before a conference. Its compact size and included clip holster ensure you always have it on hand.
