Tama Spartan Straight Cymbal Stand

In the 1970s, Tama introduced the Spartan hardware series, a line designed for lightweight construction and durability. However, as hard rock and heavy metal music grew in popularity, drummers demanded more heavy-duty stands, and the Spartan series eventually fell out of step with the needs of the era. Today, the landscape has changed again. In response to the renewed demand for lighter, more portable hardware, we have revived the Spartan name, redesigned for the modern drummer, but firmly rooted in the spirit and innovation of the original.

The Spartan is equipped with innovative features such as the Anti-Walk Rubber Feet to prevent movement during performances and the DuoLock Boom Tilter that allows simultaneous adjustment of boom angle and length. The Spartan is not only lightweight, but also quick and intuitive to adjust and offers rock-solid stability to play with confidence. To enhance playability, we have combined TAMA's collected mechanical innovations in a design that achieves an ideal level of lightness - light enough to reduce physical strain, but strong enough to support professional demands.
