These Thomastik-Infeld JF-324 flatwound bass strings are very durable and have a loud output. They are specially made for 32" Shortscale Basses. The strings have a fine, warm "smoothy" sound. A flexible steel core gives this string a balanced playing feel and special character. The tonal sound characteristic is very similar to that of a double bass. Thomastik Infeld is the absolute specialist in flatwound bass strings!
