These Thomastik-Infeld JF-344 flatwound bass strings are very durable and have a loud output. The strings have a fine, warm 'smoothy' sound. A flexible steel core gives this string a balanced playing feel and a special character. The tonal characteristic is very similar to that of a double bass. Thomastik Infeld is the absolute specialist when it comes to flatwound bass strings!
