At Klundert Music you will find a wide range of Yamaha instruments. Some Yamaha products fall under the Yamaha agency system. This means we offer and sell these products in the name and on behalf of Yamaha Music Europe GmbH.

For you as a customer, this mainly affects the sales conditions, payment, invoicing and return process. Our service remains exactly as you are used to: personal advice, expert guidance and the opportunity to see, hear and try the instrument in our showroom in Oisterwijk.

A Yamaha agency product is purchased via Klundert Music, but Yamaha Music Europe GmbH is the official selling party. We advise you, demonstrate the instrument, guide your order and support you after purchase.

The purchase agreement is concluded with Yamaha Music Europe GmbH. Therefore, Yamaha’s general sales conditions and privacy policy apply to these products. According to Yamaha guidelines, this information must be clearly shown before purchase.

The agency system applies to specific Yamaha models, including products from the following series:

• Yamaha Clavinova CLP Series
• Yamaha CSP Series
• Yamaha NU1XA
• Yamaha Montage M Series
• Yamaha MODX M Series

Yamaha agency products have fixed retail prices set by Yamaha. As a result, you will see the same price at all authorised Yamaha agents. This also means we cannot apply our own discounts, bundle deals, discount codes, loyalty benefits or seasonal promotions unless Yamaha itself offers an official promotion. Yamaha’s agency guidelines require agents to follow pricing, promotional and presentation instructions exactly.

You can order a Yamaha agency product in two ways:

1. Via our webshop

You place your order via klundertmusic.nl. We then guide the process according to Yamaha’s procedure.

2. Via one of our Yamaha specialists

Contact us and we will arrange the order together with you. In many cases you will receive a payment link allowing you to pay Yamaha directly.

The official invoice is issued by Yamaha. This differs from regular products purchased directly from Klundert Music. According to Yamaha procedures, the end-user invoice is created by Yamaha and serves as the official invoice.

Yamaha agency products are ordered specifically in the customer’s name. Where possible, demonstration models are available in our Oisterwijk showroom so you can try and compare instruments at your leisure.

If Yamaha has the product in stock, the expected delivery time is approximately 7 to 10 working days after the order and payment have been processed correctly.

We ensure your instrument arrives safely. Delivery is often included with digital pianos, but installation is not always part of the standard price. For some models Yamaha offers a Premium Delivery service, including delivery and assembly. The product page will indicate whether this service is included.

If it is not included but you would like to use this service, we can arrange it for you.

For online purchases, consumers have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after delivery. This also applies to Yamaha agency products. Yamaha’s sales conditions describe this right of withdrawal and distinguish between products that can be returned by post and larger products requiring transport.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Large or heavy products may require transport via a carrier. Costs depend on size, weight and location. Yamaha applies a maximum return transport cost of €500 per shipment.

The product must be returned complete, undamaged and in original condition, preferably in its original packaging. Once the return has been processed according to the conditions, the refund will be initiated. Because the purchase is completed via Yamaha, the process may differ slightly from regular Klundert Music orders.

You can also rely on excellent service for Yamaha agency products. We remain your point of contact for questions, advice and support. Yamaha provides the statutory warranty and, where applicable, additional Yamaha warranty conditions.

According to the agency agreement, customers can request warranty service through an authorised Yamaha agent permitted to sell this type of product or through an authorised Yamaha Service Center.
