This Yamaha YC61 is a 61 key stage keyboard, with beautiful pianos, electric pianos, digital pianos, organs and synth pads. Compact and easy to take with you!

Yamaha picks up the vintage name with this YC, when Yamaha still made combo organs. But this YC61 is much more than organ! The YC61 has nice piano samples, like the CFX and C7. But also the digital classics like the CP70, CP80 and the famous DX-EPianos. The drawbars allow you to create your own organ sound.

Using Yamaha's own Virtual Circuit Modeling, the YC61 is one of the most lifelike sounding analog organ emulations on the market. Its waterfall-style keyboard and physical drawbars are super responsive and a joy to play. So while the YC61 has a vintage feel, it has all the functionality and reliability of a digital instrument, with extensive customization options and computer audio integration for audio recording, playback and MIDI control.

Excellent feel and playability
The physical drawbars and intuitive control surface make it easy to shape sounds as you play without getting bogged down in programming patches. The YC61 has a waterfall-style keyboard with a rounded front face. Ideal for playing techniques such as squabbling and palm glissandos without hurting your hands. And the YC61 is incredibly responsive - perfect for playing broad chords or dancing across the keys with a light touch, for example.

Proprietary Virtual Circuit Modeling
The basis of the YC61's rich and detailed sound is Yamaha's proprietary Virtual Circuit Modeling. Developed by Yamaha originally for the "Add-on Effects" series for their digital mixing consoles, VCM digitally emulates analog hardware down to the level of the individual component. The YC61's VCM organ motor emulates the analog topology of Yamaha's classic organs for amazingly accurate tone, vibe, behavior and realistic rotary speaker sounds.

The YC61 also features a variety of other effects; think reverb, delay and modulation effects. This completes the sounds!
