The BOSS MT-2W is a high-gain icon upgraded with WAZA innovation. The W stands for Waza Craft which means this is an updated model of the legendary MT-2. This is one of the most popular and influential compact pedals in the BOSS line. Only the DS-1 distortion did better than the MT-2. This pedal retains the iconic sound of the original but brings with it all kinds of innovative technologies resulting in a new level of sound range and versatility
The Standard mode delivers an improved version of the original midrange-focused Metal Zone sound. While Custom mode introduces a fresh, broader sound suitable for today's wide range of high-gain styles.
