Tours and events often operate under harsh conditions and time constraints. Microphone stands are tossed around and generally not handled with care. This is why the telescopic microphone stands in the Gravity Touring series are extremely sturdily built.
Made of extremely strong steel tubing with three folding legs. The base and stand attachment are made of indestructible cast zinc. The upright has an adjustment range from 51 to 88 cm. The screw-on counterweight has a specially designed locking nut for microphone clips.
The sturdy metal knobs are unlockable, so the stands can withstand the rigors of the road longer. The microphone stands are also faster to set up and remove. By turning the locking screw just 3/4, the stand quickly snaps into place. Height adjustment is just as simple and extremely quick via the easy-to-grasp triangular tension sleeve.
