This Heil Sound PR 35 is designed with the specifications of the well-known PR 30, which includes a 1.5-inch diaphragm and an internal shockmount that ensures no contact noise is transmitted to the diaphragm. Also, as with the PR 30, special consideration has been given to the plug assembly and in particular the phase. Specifically, this means that unwanted audio (noise, ambient noise) is placed out of phase and thus you are almost not affected by it. This effectively results in a rejection of unwanted noise by as much as -35 dB. Ideal for live sound, as this microphone sings around much less.

The microphone is suitable for vocals and speech and has a very neutral frequency response. Perfect for critical live-sound applications.

The Heil PR 35 possesses a low filter that you can activate by using a paper clip or a screwdriver. When you set the switch to 'on,' at 80 Hz -6 dB per octave is rolled off. In the 'up' or 'off' position, the full frequency range is available between 40 Hz to 18 kHz.
