The Meinl CH33HF is a percussion instrument what they call a chime or wind chimes. Used by drummers and other musicians for its high-frequency tones that are ideal for giving music a mystical edge. This version has 33 gold-colored, high-quality, anodized aluminum alloy rods. These rods hang together by a durable nylon cord connected to a wooden support beam. This is balanced for maximum effect.
This type of Bar Chimes is also called a Mark Tree, after the instrument's inventor, studio percussionist Mark Stevens.
