Thanks to its traditional cardioid large diaphragm, this microphone delivers excellent performance in a variety of applications: from vocals and instrument recordings to voice-overs and podcasting. Unlike the more extensive NT1 5th gen, the NT1 Signature Series has only an (analog) XLR connection.

Rode does not simply supply the NT1 Signature Series with a standard shockmount. That's why this microphone is bundled with the high-quality SM6, a combination shockmount and pop filter in one solid design. The housing of the SM6 is made of a technically sophisticated polymer, which ensures excellent stability without adding unnecessary weight. This allows you to effortlessly place the NT1 on virtually any regular microphone stand in your studio. Thanks to the dual Lyre suspension system, unwanted vibrations are effectively absorbed - without the disadvantages of traditional elastic suspensions. The SM6's clamp construction is sturdy yet user-friendly, and the integrated pop filter provides excellent protection against pop sounds in vocal recordings.
