Each microphone features a three-way pad adjustment that lets you easily tune the response to different sound pressure levels. In addition, each microphone features a triple filter setting to reduce the low end in a controlled manner. For added flexibility, the STC-1S microphones are compatible with optional omni and hypercardioid capsules. This allows the set to be used not only as a stereo pair, but also as stand-alone microphones for targeted recording applications.
